There are not enough words to say how incredible Denise is and how grateful we are for her. This was our first time buying a house and she was so great at explaining the process from start to finish and walking us through every step of the way. She was always happy to answer any of our questions and responded promptly. During showings she was open and honest with us and often knew to look for things we didn’t know as newbies. Ultimately she found us our dream home. There was a lot of interest in the house and Denise was able to offer some tips to make our offer stand out - and we got it! Denise did a great job marketing and selling our home. She was professional and organized and on top of things. She provided a stager that helped us maximize the selling potential of our home and a photographer that added a 3D virtual tour. The photos and tour were perfect for showcasing the home during the covid 19 quarantine
