Description
Join the Chartiers Township Parks & Recreation Board for a ghoulishly good time at our annual Trunk or Treat event! This festive and safe alternative to traditional trick-or-treating invites families and children to enjoy a delightful evening of Halloween fun.

What to Expect:
Decorated Trunks: Participants transform their car trunks into spooky, creative, and whimsical Halloween scenes. Stroll through the parking lot to admire the imaginative decorations and collect treats. We will have prizes for the scariest, cutest, and #1 overall trunk.
Costume Contest: Dress up in your most elaborate or creative costume for a chance to win exciting prizes. Categories include Best Overall Costume, Most Creative, and Scariest Outfit!
Candy & Treats: Kids can fill their bags with a variety of candies and goodies from each decorated trunk. It's a sweet and safe way to enjoy the holiday.
Important Notes:
Safety First: Trunk or Treat provides a safe environment for children to enjoy Halloween. All participants are encouraged to follow safety guidelines and respect event rules.
Local Businesses/Organizations: We are always looking for enthusiastic community partners to decorate their trunks, host activities, and/or hand out candy. If you’re interested, please contact us at 724-485-2126 or parks@chartierstwp.com.
NOTE: To participate as a trunk-or-treater collecting candy it is preferred you have a participating trunk in the event.
