Harvest Moon Forest Bathing - Frick Environmental Center

Description

Mark the October full moon with a guided forest therapy walk at the Frick Environmental Center. Known as the “harvest moon,” this is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox. Wandering in the woods at dusk will allow us to see and experience the forest in a different light.
