Let's have a hoppin' good time! The Borough of Dormont Recreation Board & Dormont Fire Department present the 2023 Dormont Mega Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 1st from 11 a.m. to Noon with a sensory-friendly hunt to follow from Noon - 12:15 p.m. (email bbachman@boro.dormont.pa.us to make an appointment for the sensory-friendly hunt). We'll be continually hiding eggs in the park near the large pavilion throughout the event. Bring a basket, hunt for eggs, and take a selfie with the Easter Bunny!
We ask that everyone follow a few friendly rules:
1) Please exercise restraint in collecting, there are plenty of eggs to go around but please leave some for others (the limit is 10-15 eggs per child).
2) This event is intended for CHILDREN (12 and under). There will be a separate area for children 3 & under to hunt (in the small playground area).
3) Please clean up after yourselves and respect the park. Do not litter and take eggs home with you!
4) We'll also be raffling off some special prizes throughout the event.
