Whispering for self-defense classes are for all women and children over the age of eight. It is only a one hour session so that we keep all attention involved. You will learn some techniques and education to keep yourself and your loved ones protected if ever in a bad situation. We know that bringing together our community of women and children empowers people to be able to feel stronger in a situation if needed. During Covid we are having bi monthly sessions but eventually it will be monthly.

You just bring yourself and a mask. We have a huge ballroom to be able to social distance.
