This was our first outdoor experience with Soccer Shots Summer Camps at the South Park, PA location. My 4-year-old was a little hesitant to go since the weather was in the 90s, but the Soccer Shots coaches were amazing and super motivating.
This family was hosted by Soccer Shots Pittsburgh, but all opinions and experiences are authentic and their own.
The age range for this Soccer Shots Pittsburgh camp was 3- to 5-year-olds, and the Soccer Shots coaches came prepared with games to make learning soccer fun and then crafts and prizes to keep them engaged during breaks. The attention span for this age group of kids isn’t the longest, so the Soccer Shots coaches made each part of the lesson seem like its own game to play.

One thing to note when preparing for camp at the South Park, PA location would be the lack of shade and the stairs to get down to the field. I do think that maybe some type of pop-up tent could be helpful for break times on the field in the future.
Overall, the Soccer Shots coaches were wonderful, and my little one had fun learning new skills throughout the Soccer Shots camp!
