Honor Dr. Martin Luther King at the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh

Join the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh to celebrate and commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. with programs that help honor his legacy and inspire children and families to continue his work. 

On Monday, January 15, Martin Luther King activities schedule:

11:00 a.m., Noon and 1:00 p.m. — Story times with author Dominique Briggs

11:00 – 2:00 p.m. — Take part in King’s Corner to hear and explore words of wisdom from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. at SLB Radio’s Youth Media Center

Noon – 5:00 p.m. — Collaborative art mural ‘Reaching for the Dream’ – a conversation started by Gwen’s Girls in MuseumLab*

1:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. — Poetry workshops in MuseumLab

Children's Museum of Pittsburgh is open 10:00 a.m to 5:00 pm. and MuseumLab will be open from Noon to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, January 15. MuseumLab entry is included with Museum admission.
