Make democracy happen and get paid for it! Allegheny County is looking for poll workers to work the November 2, 2021 election. The process is simple! All you have to do is apply online at alleghenyvotes.com, attend either an in-person or virtual training, and work the polls on Tuesday, November 2. As a poll worker, you will earn between $150-$175 for the day plus paid training. Poll workers must be registered to vote in Allegheny County.
To sign up to be a poll worker, visit alleghenyvotes.com and select “Poll Workers” towards the bottom of the page. Then, select the green button that says, “Poll Worker Sign Up”.
This will take you to a new page. If you are a new user, click the button to create a new account. Next, fill out the required information. Then, click “Submit.” This will take you to the confirmation page.
Once you’ve signed up, an Election Team Member will contact you within 48 hours. If you receive any errors or have questions, please call the Allegheny County Elections Division at 412-350-4500. We’ll see you on Election Day!
