Every Child Washington County Expansion and Open House

Growth in child welfare and mental health support in Washington County, PA with expansion

Every Child, Inc. will celebrate the opening of its new office in Washington County on Thursday, September 23 with a ribbon cutting and open house.

The official ribbon cutting, will take place at 4 p.m. on September 23 at the new office, located at 70 E Beau St, Suite 500, Washington, PA 15301. Every Child, Inc. CEO Laura A. Maines will emcee the ribbon cutting. Following the ribbon-cutting, guests will be invited to take tours of the office during an open house that lasts until 6 p.m.

This new satellite location doubles the area served and supports the growth strategy for Every Child. But, most importantly the expansion will help fill much-needed service gaps in mental health and child welfare throughout Washington County.

“Our new office will allow us to address needs of Washington County residents by providing child-focused, family-driven quality treatment and support they deserve,” said Laura A. Maines, CEO of Every Child.

Washington County has been identified as having a high need for mental healthcare services and foster parents. The Washington office houses a visitation room, with items graciously donated by IKEA Pittsburgh, which allows visits to occur between foster youth and their birth parents.The new office hopes to meet the growing need for mental healthcare and family support services in Washington County.
